Pros (+) This is our second visit at this particular Hampton. Everything was great. Room was huge. Breakfast delicious. Nice and clean. Incredibly convenient.
Cons (-) All the staff were fantastic with the exception of the man who checked us in. He refused to acknowledge my presence and spoke only to my husband. Very strange. He was in training, so I'm understanding, but nevertheless, the check-in process felt awkward and un-welcoming.
Pros (+) Great location. Close to everything in Orlando but far enough away from I-Drive to make it not annoying. Staff was good. Breakfast was good. Satisfyingly clean. Overall, FANTASTIC value. I always have reliably nice experiences at Hampton Inns.
Cons (-) Pillows were uncomfortable, but that's probably more of a personal thing. I'd imagine some people love it. Also, a few things seemed old/outdated like the wooden doors but it's all good.

Cons (-) Poor customer service. We were ignored upon arrival because the front desk employees talked amongst eachother and to friends for a long period of time. Breakfast was just ok. It was not structured. Organization is needed in a high volume area.

Cons (-) Because it is so close to everything you can hear some traffic noise from the room, but this was an okay trade off for us.

Cons (-) The only thing that I didn't like was the noise from the interstate highway next to hotel.
