Perfect place before your flight

The ease of just going downstairs and getting in line for security.

Clean

Room was really clean and well kept.

Too noisy but nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Nice but not worth more than we spent

Very nice facilities and convenient for airport travel

Loud plumbing noise up on 9th floor we needed to switch rooms because it kept my wife up all night the first night.

The Hyatt Recency offered a good value stayover location , perfectly located for mimnimum of travel needed when staying overnight for a connecting flight.

I was able to attend State of Florida Board of Podiatric Medicine without having to leave the hotel. Food and beverage service available without having to leave the hotel -- McCoy Bar and Restaurant.

The relatively long distance from my assigned guest room to the elevators. Difficulty learning what the applicable "state rate" is from front desk personnel.

Wonderful located just above the departure- and arrivalhalls

The airco in the Coy restaurant made it much too cold......

It offers just what is required after a long international flight where one is looking for a short period of relaxation before continuing to the final destination

Convenience and close proximity to the airport - especially if you have to travel early in the morning.

Because we requested an earlier booking than 4 p.m. on the day of our stay, we did not get adjoining rooms. It would have been nice to have been informed of this when we called or when we checked in so we could have made amendments then and there instead of being relocated once we got to our rooms. We were travelling with an elderly person who could not stand or walk for too long, which made it that much more of an inconvenience. However, with the bellman assisting, amendments were made on the spot, on the same floor and only a few rooms away within a matter of minutes. Though the rooms were not adjoining, they were still next to each other.
