Pros (+) Full kitchen, bathroom sink area separated by a door from the toilet and shower, large rooms. This space is ideal for any family on an Orlando vacation and perfect for our family of five.
Cons (-) The beds are seriously worn out, and the mattresses are sagging in the middle. Too bad, because the rest of the facility is really well done.

Pros (+) The staff was nice but very unprofessional.
Cons (-) Furniture was torn up, cabinets were torn up, bedsheets were stained, and at the final moment before we just packed up and left, we found bed bugs in our bed.
