Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near subway stations and local amenities, as well as its high standards of cleanliness. However, many mention that the rooms are quite small, with limited space for luggage and movement, especially in triple rooms. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as kind and attentive, while others are seen as less professional or helpful. Breakfast and amenities are generally appreciated, though some find the breakfast selection lacking. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value for its price and location, but the compact room size is a common drawback.

Pros (+) Was quite easy to find and there were a few restaurants and bars nearby.
Cons (-) It felt like the staff didn't want us there, like we were a hassle. We stayed for 3 nights and asked for the economy clean of the room. It seemed that this consisted of the staff throwing a few new towels in through the door each morning. We've stayed in hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima and this one in Osaka. This has been the worst. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great.
