Cons: "why did they take my blanket and headphones 1 hour before we land?"
Cons: "I booked thriugh justfly.com and there was an error with the name on the tocket. I was charged 300 dollars to cancel with emerites and then 150 to cancel with Justfly.com and then had to buy a new ticket the day before my flight. I lost a lot of money, was unable to talk to good customer service."

Cons: "Seat was very uncomfortable (in comparison to the other emirates flights I’ve taken), and the bathroom was very dirty (trash was full and towels were piled up on the sink)."

Cons: "On each of my meals served the food was cold, and was actually ice cold in some places, some of the food served was inedible it was so bad. on a 16 hour flight the crew was mostly absent. Not once did they offer me s glass of water other than the little cups that came with the meal, nor did they come through the cabin to pick up trash. By the end of the flight the waste paper places in the bathrooms were overflowing at least in the bathroom I used."

Pros: "The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety."
Cons: "The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room."

They refused to reissue my ticket with the correct spelling so I had to sweat out getting on board the airlines and now I have to sweat it out today because they again refused to reissue the ticket"

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 2 hours I could not take on board by carry on luggage because it weighted 10kg. Food service was poor and not well organized"

Cons: "Departed about 40 minutes late without an explanation, then had to take a circuitous route around local thunderstorms which added another 30 minutes, so that we arrived over an hour late. Deplaning was also very slow, such that we cleared the airport at 1:45 AM, rather than 11:35PM as scheduled."

Cons: "More choices in food and more leg room or ability to put legs up, had very swollen feet!"
Pros: "Cathay is a good Asian airline, and if you compare it to any American-based airlines, Cathay is exceptional. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Seats and food on economy are pretty good, as far as economy goes. Entertainment system is updated and offers a good variety of options."
