Pros (+) Bed was too small but comfortable. The pillows were terrible but were replaced with better ones when requested. They also gave us a small fan after we complained that we did not want to sleep with the windows open as it was too noisy to use because the air conditioner was shut off
Cons (-) Bigger room and give the customer the option to turn on the air conditioner.
