Great location, awesome staff. My wife and enjoyed our stay immensely. Right above the train/subway station. Tons of shopping within walking distance. Lots of attractions near by.

Pros (+) Luxury feel. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view over Osaka!
Cons (-) Lifts were confusing at first. Had to wait with tourist wanting to visit the observation floor for over 15 minutes before making it to the hotel
