Great central location, large room with original features and great view, they even brought us breakfast to the room. They only speak a little English but this wasn't an issue as very welcoming
Parking is difficult in Palermo!

Room reasonably comfortable.
Reception staff (with one exception) largely disinterested and unwelcoming. Breakfast poor - two choices - sweet or sweet. Small concessions to Northern European tastes (e.g. a few slices of cheese and some fruit) would have made a difference.

Good location, easy to find from the train station on a major shopping street. Free lift to the fourth floor location.
Staff didn't speak English and was very unfriendly, refusing to let me use the phone (and there was no phone in the room). The breakfast was not very good, consisting only of rolls and croissants.
