Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent, central location, making it easy to access city attractions and public transport. Many also highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with several employees mentioned by name for their outstanding service. Breakfast was generally appreciated for its variety and quality, though a few found it basic or limited for vegetarians. Cleanliness and room comfort were positively noted, though some guests experienced issues with air conditioning, room allocation in annex buildings, and occasional noise or crowding during breakfast. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for location and service.
