Pros:Great location. Great value. Clean room for low price. Pool available with jacuzzi.
Cons:Small, petty little things: Little shade area in the pool. No pool towels. Smoking in halls and elevators. Ice machines far from back rooms (230, for example).

Pros:Location is great
Cons:The elevator was filthy, had a guy smoking in it, the hallways littered with cigarette butts and the floor in our room dirty. Our room was invaded by bugs that night and the pool was covered with bugs as well. When I complained, the desk clerk said "we can't control what people do and Palm Springs is experiencing a bug infestation" ...really?! You didn't think to tell me that when I checked in and took my money! If you can't control what people do, then clean up after them and clean the pool. No excuses, I didn't pay for a dirty, bug infested motel room!

Pros:Very clean and well laid out room
Cons:Thin walls, you could hear the TV in the room next door like it was in your room. Also no tea or coffee making facilities. And no option for breakfast accept for a cup of coffee. No hair dryer.

Pros:Staff was very nice, greeted by a very nice and pleasurable experience getting our room keys. Room was decent, walking distance to bars and shops.
Cons:Beds were super uncomfortable and didn't have a sign to inform housekeeping not to come in, not fun to wake up to.

Cons:As a repeat customer, I've noticed they don't mop the floors. Both my sock and soles of my feet were dirty very quickly.

Cons:The common areas were disturbingly unkempt. Odd white substances growing in the hallway corner. Sketchy guests. Great location though....
