worked on my tan
the staff are not of a very friendly nature compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The in-house entertainment is of a poor quality and would need to be seriously overhauled. For the two reasons I have just provided I will not be revisiting this hotel again ( this was my second year staying there )

That I was close to the beach as the pool facilities were very poor it was very difficult to get a sun bed and it felt like butlins
the food, queues to get to the bar, the lift took forever.

The hotel has it's own swimming pool. It is very quite close to beach.
The food is very bad, especially drinks. I don't reccomend to buy all inclusive.

The staff helpful and friendly. Food was good and a variety of food items was available. Local to shops and the beach. Entertainment provided was good. I liked the fact that there was young and old at the hotel as i travelled with my parents there was somethimg for everyone. The hotel facilities and grounds were clean and well kempt.
They do not change bed linen - only once a week.

The large buffet (a lot of choices) and which changes every day. It's closer to the beach than you think and within walking distance from Magalluf.
Very noisy rooms. Having to pay 24 euro per week for a safe. Reception staff not really friendly. The lifts are very small and inefficient and there are only two of them in such a big hotel: a few times we had to wait more than 5 minutes for the elevator to arrive... often only to see that it's already full...
