Again, the worst in my life and would be cause for me not to recommend Lufthansa to others. Otherwise, the flight itself and the actual crew were great. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."
Pros: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."
Pros: "I like the service of AF"

Pros: "Wheel chair service at LAX is run by the airport. Their priority is to get you to your flight, not to a VIP room regardless of how early you check in."
Pros: "I didn't feel cramped in a Window Seat. Two meals were served during the flight. It was nice to get back to being fed something other than skippy snacks on an airline flight."
Cons: "I was ignored over and over again as ice cream, drinks and snacks were offer by the crew. It would have been nice if some would ask me before falling asleep if I wanted to be roused for snacks and desserts. After being on back to back flights of more than 10 hours each it would be considerate for the crew to be aware of my length of travel and to make sure they don't assume my resting my eyes is the same as me being asleep. Even when I was awake it appeared I was being overlooked, ignored and left out of complimentary services I saw other receiving....my bad for not asking to be noticed."
Pros: "Crew are efficient and friendly."
Cons: "Very small plane."
Pros: "The lounge is great, however the food is substandard to nearly every other lounge that I have used."
Cons: "The food on the plane is even worse, The staff were ok but not overly going out of their way to help with any issues, also they could at least pretend to smile."

Cons: "The long wait without the air conditioning until our slot in the takeoff list became available."
