A day after I perches a multi destination tickets I called Swiss air costumer service requesting to upgrade my tickets to business class. no one would even try to help me. They just kept saying I need to contact my travel agent. After 3 phone calls I gave up and decided to wait and upgrade my ticket at the airport. 2. In Prague the night before my second flight I hurt my knee real bad to a point that I couldn't walk at all. The next morning I call Swiss air costumer service again trying to explain them my situation telling them I can't fly and won't be able to make it to my flight. Costumer service cancelled immediately all of my remaining tickets and try to sell me new tickets for a full price. I said I don't mind buy and pay for the one flight I missed but there is no reason for her to re sell me the rest of my tickets that I already paid for, again. Then she start to change prices up and down like in a Chinese flea market. At that point I begged her to talk to a supervisor but she Kept ignoring my request and just try to negotiat for a lower charg she kept me on the phone for 5 hours. My hotel phone bill for that one call cost me 150€. I never got to talk to a supervisor but she took down the charge to 517$ Not included a new ticket flying out of Prague. 3. For my last flight going home. I showed up 2.5 hours Earlier. asking to upgrade my sit to business fin desk send me to talk to asupervisor. The supervisor was trying to process my request but didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. One minute he was on his computer then the next minute on the phone with Swiss air headquarter then back on his computer for more then 35 minutes with no resolute. I still had an hour and half before take off when he told me he can print me the ticket but it's to late now since the gate for my flight is close and I already missed my flight. I said that's impossible cause I still have an hour and half to my flight but he insist on the gate been close and there is no way I can get on that flight. Right away I run back to front desk asking them to print my ticket as fast as possible cause I would really like to get on that flight. In front desk they told me not to worry cause I got plenty of time to get on that flight. So I gave up on the business upgrade and told them that at that point I'll be just as happy to sit by the window. Of course they put me on the very end exactly in the middle. After the door was locked I looked around and saw plenty of free sits available including by the window. 4. In Zurich I finally managed to upgrade my last flight coming back to Tampa fl to business and noticed that the only way they could do that was by contacting Swiss air headquarter for approval. When I asked why is that since I fly a lot and never seen anything like that before one of the lady's there told how Swiss air left all of their front desk powerless and all decisions must be made by headquarters."

easy and ontime, the only downside was TSA at JFK. extremely rude, in fact, it was not very busy that day, and 2 of the TSA agents were just making fools of themselves, yelling at passengers and treating them like cattle. Everyone was complaining about them but I think they were all afraid to confront them about their behaviour because they thought it would cause a delay. I do not care about any of that and I opened my mouth and told them there behavoiur was unprofessional and rediculous.

Excellent experience! I booked through chat deal, and after I booked, I read some bad reviews.....I found that was not the case.....I had to change my ticket before the flight and customer service took care of the change with one phone call and even got me a refund, even though I did not buy travel insurance. The planes were on time an surprisingly comfortable. I just had a great experience throughout the whole process. I'll definitely use them again.

The transfer from terminal 4 to terminal 1 was horrible at jfk taking buses and walking outside of the terminal and the TSA was horrible and slow
The return flight food was more than disappointing. After two weeks of fine Italian food the fare was only fit for prison.
The flight left 20 minutes late arrived about ten minutes lates. It took 30 minutes to revive our bags even though priority. The flight and crew were fantastic.

Royal jordanian Website says check in closed 45 minutes before departure. In reality, it close 60 minutes before. Due to another flight delay, we arrived 50 minutes before. We didn't get our flight and had to but other very expensive tickets for the same flight the next day. Very disappointing.

The crew was very unimpressed It looks like they don’t care. It’s looks like they don’t even care from our situation. Very poor flight will never book again with ITA.
The entertainment didn’t work we order food gluten-free and kosher and they promised me they will have it and we pay for it and still on the flight. We didn’t get what we paid for. The plane was shaking the whole flight.
I would highly recommend to anyone to fly this airlines. I would fly with them again, the flight and crew were amazing, the only thing that wasn't so good was the food but no big deal. I'd still fly with them again for another long flight. I had lots of room with the seat as well.

Sandwiches needed something like mustard
The ticket counter did not even open until 8:30 AM. They could not find our reservation even though we had a confirmation number. After about 20 minutes they finally found our reservation. They would not let my daughter and son-in-law book a seat online because they had an infant. So they had to get seats at the ticket counter which by this time there was not any decent seats left.
We were delayed leaving so we missed our connection. They paid for all of the travelers with us to get a hotel room but the hotel sold out and some people had to sleep in the lobby. All in all a pretty horrible experience.

A few things, the boarding process was very bumpy and complicated with an interview and things that seems out of order. Once in the plane I think the entertainment was very poor. They advertise wifi, and tv programs as well phone signal and none of it worked properly. There was also no way to charge the phone or electronic devise while in the flight.
The seats are old and very uncomfortable and it felt dirty. The crew where very unhelpful and unwilling. They ran out of vegetarian meals and just didn’t care about it. It was just an awful experience.

Under NO circumstances is it appropriate for flight attendants to physically jab at passengers, especially given the power imbalance in this case of a white male flight attendants being physically inappropriate with women of color passengers. I have never been as scared or insulted as I was on this flight...and will NEVER fly on easy jet or from Stansted again....."

Cons: "They charge for bags, first flight was overbooked so we almost didn't get on, the people at the gate had no interest in being even somewhat sympathetic. It would be nice if at some point during the check in process or ticket buying process were told that we can only bring one carry on so my girlfriend and I aren't scrambling to fit everything into one bag outside the gate. Also the crew took our coats from us when we had them on our seat because they said they needed to stow them, which makes no sense. I would not and will not recommend easyjet to anyone."

Cons: "The whole thing that it takes off from the old terminal was just awful, every step took twice the time and eventually came running to the plane only to discover that it's going to be late in take off 1 hour late! It ruined my plans! There was no compensation and the flight was not cheap! I had to pay 50€ for the suitcase and 9€for food while for the same price two weeks ago I had a flight way and back with a different company for the same price including food and a suitcase. Never flying with easyjet again"

Cons: "Checked a bag for 44 euros at the gate, not a big problem. But while boarding I was pulled aside and told my duffle and purse was considered two carryons!! They charged me 60 euros on top on my checked bagged! 104 euros in bag fees, ended up being 30 euros more than my flight. Unexpectable."

Cons: "Just like the emails I got suggested, I checked in online pretty early. The seats I got were the absolute worse located right in front of the toilet in the last row. Trying to get any comfort with no option to lower the back of our seat and bearing the noise of people using the potty - that was a bit too much. Needless to say our seats back home are even worse since they are on the parallel row in front of the door to the toilet. If all that isn't enough we wanted to drink some fine whiskey we brought with us from the duty free and the bottle was confiscated by the flight attendant, who claimed that I cannot drink any alcohol that wasn't bought from the plane. In the seat next to me, by the way, was a guy eating sushi he just got before boarding. That felt absurd and unjustified."
