Just overall a poor experience with little to justify the price of the ticket!
Very limited legroom in a 10 hour flight.very old plane.
The flight was delayed for 30 minutes with no apparent reason. There is no entertainment at all, and no USB or electric outlets for charging your phone or tablet.
We had a wonderful experience overall. The only issue was check-in our luggage at the Split Airport counter. It was very confusing because we needed to pay for baggage.
Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
There was not enough sparkling water and beer during the flight. Coffee was not hot
Austrian was not the issue. Kayak was terrible The flight was canceled. Frustrating but it can happen. The worst was Kayak's customer support around re-booking. I have chatted with a bot, than with a person who insisted the flight was still on as originally booked. while chatting i went on Austrian web page and told the kayak chat lady that the flight is shown as cancelled. She said she will escalate this and that someone will contact me within the hour. When I have asked her to give me the details of the flight she sees, She gave me the general A to B and return B to A. Totally unhelpful. After two hours I contacted them again, They were still saying the original flight is as scheduled and when I explained again I was told I will be contacted within 2-6 hours. NO ONE CONTACTED ME EVER SINCE! I have than contacted Austrian directly and was rebooked on a difficult flight. Kayak continued to send me irrelevant updates about my original flight. Terrible customer service at time of need.
Austrian business has no access to lounge Boarding is chaotic , mad scramble Business is just an economy seat in front Crew was very nice, attendants very friendly Bus to gate afterwards
I flew business class. But nothing compare to business class. Lounge closed in Vienna. Not exist at all in Tel Aviv. Priority boarding not exist in Tel Aviv despite available business counter. Nobody in front of me was checked in to Business or with Senator status. No welcome drinks. All overall awful experience.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again
Without any prior warning, I was seated in a row just in front of an exit row (27F), and I had no idea that my seat would not recline. However, the person in front of me did recline her seat, reducing my space. And because I could't recline to regain some space, it was my WORST flight ever.
Terrible boarding procedures in Madrid. The airplane barely has any legroom and I am 68 inches.
Not bad but they lost 2 of my bags when I got to Florence
Couldn’t get boarding passes online, delayed an hour, and smallest amount of space on board I’ve ever encountered for such a long flight.
Delayed. Mismanagement of gate lines. Passengers arguing with eachother as a result of lack of organization by airline. Avoid this airline.
Because the plane was delayed from Madrid to LAX, we missed our connecting flight to Malaga. Iberia offered to book us a hotel room but I needed to be in Malaga that evening. I ended up buying train tickets to Malaga from Madrid. I also feel Iberia should compensate me for the cost of the train tickets because they didn't meet their travel obligation.
My baggage did not arrive, missed connection, service representative was not helpful.
I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.
Shame on this company More than 5 hours delay and what a mess Business class with zero service - no pillows, no blankets, no drinks Economy class with no reserved seats- people were mad
This is a very basic flight with no-frills. I just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable.
Catastrophic experience the gate selected customers were picked up to.pay 70 eur for overweight 1-2 kg. While some others were let to board without chcking their carry on bags. Unecessaey drama by Lufthansa that brings nothing just hating them by customers.
We were charged for luggage, and our ticket was with Lufthansa and was supposed to include luggage fees. So our experience was a bit bad. Also, the flight was about 45 minutes late arriving.
It was good although we could not land in Munich due to weather and we had to go to Stuttgart. Missed our second flight. They did get us on another flight but the seats where not the ones I paid for in the flight that we missed.
Smooth Flight, Friendly crew, food offering on board was limited.

The staff are extremely rude maybe even racist, I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never fly with Lufthansa Mor Discovery Airlines again.

The connection between my income flight and the outgoing flight was slightly late and they would not hold the next flight for 7 minutes. The next flight was 4 hours later and we were issued a stand by ticket. So we had to wait to find out if we would even be on that flight. After boarding that flight was delayed for 40 minutes because there wasn’t a ground crew to load the luggage. The airline is not living up to it reputation.
Luggage took nearly 2 hours to come out. Terrible airport service in Malaga.

Folks, I'll say it again. This is easily one of my favorite airlines. I'm used to traveling with all kinds of airlines throughout the world, but you need to fix your boarding process. It's not that difficult. You have preferred and regular passengers. Just make sure they line up behind the sign on time. Ground crew needs to be more proactive. Again, I am and I will continue to be a loyal customer, but please fix this one thing. It's small, but easy to fix.
The chairs don't recline and the food for sale didn't looks as appetising as its prices would suggest. But that's a low coster for you. Orher than that, the flight was delightfully uneventful.
The flight never took off because two naughty kids, Donnie and Bibi, did a silly thing. Started a war.
Even when you get the priority pass the experience is not what it meant to be priority

The behavior of the front desk and lack of explanation of hidden fees and prices in emails send pre-flight marred things up. 1 star

Wizzair is a mess, don’t trust them, all flights are delayed, nothing is secure with them, they are the poorest of all companies.
A no frills flight wet leased from Czech Smartwings on behalf of Israir. Comfortable seats, polite crew and non existent food and entertainment services. I had and entire row to myself and slept throughout the flight. I loved it.
Everything is good but there was no snacks, they only gave us water without any snacks, check-in online also didn’t work, we had to check-in in the airport
