We got to the hotel around 6am and the owner check us in, very nice. Great location, everything are great and people at Pamukkale are very friendly

Very friendly staff. We arrived in the middle of the night, and were kindly let in to rest. Room was clean, with heat and hot water. The hotel is very close to the entrance of the travertines (20 meters). Highly recommend!

Everything about this hotel is very good!! Friendly staff, good location, value for money, nice food and the owner even offer us a room to rest while we waiting for our overnight bus to cappadocia. Thank you so much Ozbay Hotel.

Staff was very professional and well organized. Everything I wanted to do they provided with perfection.
I did not need to use the pool but it seemed it was unavailable to clients (leafs floating around, etc.).

Staff was excellent. Especially Youssef, the scenery was great and the food was also good. We had an opportunity to taste nice wines too.
