Nice pools, spacey and clean rooms, loads of options on buffet but more importantly, incredible staff and hotel management that look after the guests and pay attention to their requests. “It’s a huge hotel, with a lot of Chinese transit bus tourists, the chaos and hustle during the dinners and breakfasts was overwhelming, the room was fine, the pool was so-so ( terribly designed spa area, cheap tiling, slippery floors) there’s no 5* finesse anywhere in this place. Personnel however was wonderful!”

“My wife and me stayed here for two nights. the hotel staff were very courteous and the facilities provided by the hotel was absolutely good. It is located bit away from pamukkale but it did not matter that much. The thermal pool, jaquzzi, turkish bath etc were absolutely good. the buffet layout was also elaborate and had good variety. In all had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel spa and massages were also good though I felt it to be bit expensive.”
