Pros (+) The room was clean.
Cons (-) There was an issue with my reservation. After an hour they finally corrected this issue or so I thought. When they sent me to the room i was told I was upgraded. Only to learn that I was actually downgraded. They offer me no compensation but at least the food was equally bad.

Cons (-) There are four bars across the street that play music until closing. If you have a south facing room (room number ending with odd number, i.e. 5) you will barely hear the music from the bars, but you can hear it. The north side has no view, but is quiet.
