Friendly staff. It was extremely cold in the cabin. I've asked a crew member if they could increase the temperature but there was no change.
I did not use entertainment on board, so, cannot really evaluate. the flight was fine.
The flight was 45 mins late leaving, we sat without a/c for some of this, 2nd Meal was a slice of pizza. Movies were good.
Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.

The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.

The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.
Check in started on time, Departure was on time, Arrival 15 minutes ahead of schedule.
You need to be able to manage your employees effectively instead of letting them call the shots. Priority should be given to the convenience and interests of the customers—whom you simply couldn't care less about.
The crew members; the service, the food, everything was good. The check in process was terrible because I couldn't choose my seat. It made my waiting too long at the airport in Tel Aviv and at the end U've got the middle seat even though it was promised to me to give me the aisle seat. Each company gives the option to choose free seats during check in. I didn't have this option

The service, the crew, the cleanliness, and most of all, the comfort and space between seats in the economy class was excellent! The seat spacing was better than all my international flights in recent memory.
I stood in line for two hours חודא to drop off my suitcase. When I arrived just before the gate closed and asked to drink the water I bought a minute before boarding, the flight attendant rushed me to throw away the bottle and get on the plane. She spoke rudely, even though I had been standing in different lines for 3 hours; I felt bad and needed water. The delay was the airline's fault, not my fault. I expected understanding, not rudeness.
The space between my knees and the chair in front of me was the smallest I’ve ever seen. I could not reach the blanket that was on the floor. The entertainment included very many Israeli movies and tv shows. The El Al app did not update to tell me the gate. The most important thing you should know is that El Al is very security conscious. Prepare to go through a security check at the gate. They look through the passport and boarding pass, through your carry on bags, ask questions, etc. Then they give you a sticker and only then can you board. So get to the gate about half an hour before you would otherwise.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.

I had a very disappointing experience traveling with Copa Airlines. When I arrived at the airport in Córdoba for my flight to Bradley International Airport, I was charged an additional $590 because I was told that certain taxes and fees had not been paid. However, my reservation and documentation clearly indicated that all applicable taxes and fees had already been paid. I was therefore forced to pay an additional amount that I believe I should not have been charged. What makes the situation even more concerning is that I was initially told I had to pay $890. Then, the amount was increased to $1,800, and eventually, after discussing the matter, I ended up paying $590. I consider this amount excessive and, more importantly, unjustified, since these charges had already been paid and nowhere in the terms of my reservation or contract does it state that these taxes or fees were outstanding. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled and with being required to pay an additional charge without a clear and consistent explanation.

Crew was excellent. This was a relatively long flight though and had very little leg room, and no entertainment.
Food was terrible. Crew was kind but skipped over my row for providing sandwiches and beverages.
The food should improve! And The flight should leave on time and not make the traveler wait.
I completely missed my flight because the first leg was longer than planned. I had to sleep overnight in the airport because no accommodation was provided and then sent to Trinidad in the morning with an anticipated 7 hour layover before my flight to Georgetown which was now with Caribbean Airlines. I tried twice with customer service to see if they could put me on an earlier flight which had seats available but was told it wasn’t possible.

We flew SEA -Houston-Panama-GYE round trip. The connections were torturing because we had to sleep over in Seattle to board the early morning flight and froze for 11 hours in Hoston for the return flight to SEA. Not United's problem, just the inconvenience of numerous transits. Restaurants and fast foods were closed and all we got was a cookie/coffee for each flight. Finally we waited for a long time for our baggage at carousel 9 as informed by the APP and all reliable sources. Suddenly some fellow passengers found out that our bags showed up on carousal 8.
You get what you pay for. In general I like the service and flight attendants.
The seats were way too crowded. Just because I do not have the luxury of a suite, does not mean that I want to fly from Austin to London scrunched between two people and the seat in front of me in my face. Ridiculous. I should have flown with Turkish Airlines...
We upgraded to Business class paying approx. $1,300. Despite the upgrade, we were still required to pay an additional €70 for a checked bag. Furthermore, we were informed that another €70 would have been charged for our carry-on bag, as it was 3kg over the limit. To avoid this, we had to move clothing from the carry-on into the checked bag, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Given the significant amount paid for the Business Class upgrade, we found this treatment to be quite appalling and disappointing. We expected a higher level of service and consideration for our luggage, and this experience did not meet those expectations.
Worst flight in years.. is not easy to flight 11 hours without entertainment onboard and the crew was not empathetic about it or even gave an apology for the inconvenience. Poor treatment to the passengers, and some responses where roughly given.
Very delayed flight. After a hot/crowded bus ride to the tarmac stairs that negated all benefit of being in boarding group 1, we sat on the tarmac forever in the HEAT waiting for departure from Athens. Seatback was very upright in first class and therefore uncomfortable. Fortunately they block middle seats. Food was good. Upon arrival in Madrid we waited AN HOUR for baggage to arrive. What a waste of time.

My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.
Shame on this company More than 5 hours delay and what a mess Business class with zero service - no pillows, no blankets, no drinks Economy class with no reserved seats- people were mad
This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
We experienced a delay of almost two hours before takeoff. For a flight of more than 10 hours, sitting on the runway for two hours is quite exhausting. The airline did nothing to attend to the passengers during that time. We were not given any courtesy drinks or snacks—only the bare minimum during the flight. The crew seemed very apologetic, but apparently they have restrictions imposed by the airline, because despite their friendliness, they provided strictly what was necessary and, of course, everything else was for sale. However, after a two-hour delay, one would expect at least complimentary beverages. In addition to this, the space between the rows of seats is inhumanely narrow. Air Europa should review this for such long flights and be a bit more considerate and humane with its customers.
There was no water in one of the sinks in the executive area, which is unacceptable as we could not wash our hands after using the restroom
This flight was delayed by more than an hour. The seats are uncomfortable ans do not recline properly. I prepurchased a wifi pass, but wifi was not working on this flight at all. The food was bland.

Well. It is a no frills airline. Annoying is that even for the long-haul everything has to be paid for separately. Once you add up the extras the flight is getting to expensive. Then one might as well fly with a legacy carrier which provides far better comfort. Changing flight at MAD airport is a nightmare. The worst airport in the world. Poor signposting, poor passport control, poor security check and long queues. I had 2h transfer time and spend in queues almost 1.5h
Terrible experience - we won’t be flying with Air Europa again
I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.
Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.

In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!
