the bathroom was very nice with new looking fixtures, 20 minute walk to eiffel tower, 2 food markets within one minute walk.
no air conditioning, tiny fridge without any freezer, small room.

Little noisy (from 9:00 am), and pretty but little room....

Convenient, close to 2 Metro stations. Easy quick access to Paris central. Room pretty small (10 * 10), modern (small) ensuite. Good value in Paris!! Lots of bars/restaurants in the neighbourhood also grocery stores.
No coffee maker in the bedroom. Continental breakfast was rather expensive (7.9 euros) for coffee/juice/croissant.
