Distance from the metro station
The room smells bad including cigaretts even though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. The hotel was on renovation, and it made noise and smell too

Very clean and sleek interior design. Nothing fancy but cute! Receptionist was very nice and friendly. Beautiful rooftop view of the Eiffel Tower. Its in a more residential area, so we felt safe and found a lot of hidden gem restaurants in the area.
AC did not not work in our room. Luckily the weather was cool during our visit, so we just kept the windows open and did not bother to complain. So to be fair, I do not know if they would let us switch rooms or come fix the AC if we had complained.
