Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location in the heart of Paris, making it easy to explore major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff consistently receives high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, often going above and beyond to accommodate guest needs. Cleanliness is another standout feature, with many noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. Comfortable beds and well-designed rooms also contribute to a pleasant stay. However, some guests mention that breakfast could be improved and a few found the gym small or the rooms compact. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making this hotel a top choice for visitors to Paris.AI-Generated from customer reviews
