Except the location there was nothing to like about this hotel.
As soon as I walked into the hotel there was a very unpleasent smell.

I staid in many hotels in Paris. This one is way cleaner and an elevator is more spacious than in an average Parisian hotel with the price <100 eur. The rooms are decorated with a nice furniture, which is again better than in an average hotel in the city. In other respects -- the hotel is the same as any other in the city, as one guy wrote in a comment below. If one gets a discounted booking of 50 eur/night, then this would be a great deal and value for money. Otherwise, the regular price is a bit costly.

Good location for T3 Tram and M4 Metro and RER B from CDG airport, and Park de Exposition. Staff helpful.
This is a budget hotel in Paris, and similar to most others in it's class. It's no better or worst than any other. People will find the rooms small and walls thin. Better to take breakfast in cafe around the corner. If you're working at the Park de Exposition all day, it's fine. Good restaurants and bars locally.

Very close to metro stations and to Orly Airport. Good value for money (we found an excellent offer).
It is better to have breakfast outside the hotel.
