Pros:The front desk lady was great! Very helpful and kind. The location is very peaceful and the bathrooms are really nice in the rooms!
Cons:The walls are literally paper thin. I can literally stand outside of any room that has people in in and hear their entire conversation. Plus the hotel is kind of like a maze

Cons:We showed up at 730 (too late, I guess). We were locked out of the hotel. I spent the next 30 minutes figuring out how to get into the building. We never saw any staff the entire time. The shower did not work properly. There were instructions in the room to leave the thermostat above 70. This led to a really uncomfortable night. We did not sleep well. I cannot believe that Kayak gave this place a good review. What the hell did we pay for?
Pros:The tub was great! The area was beautiful and the beds were large with a nice sized bathroom, vanity, amenities, and sliding glass door outside to a bench and grassy area. We just left it open in the morning with the fresh mountain air to relax.
Cons:The mattresses weren't comfortable, there was no staff after 10 pm and the blue ray player was broken so we couldn't watch a movie like we planned. I felt like the beds looked really nice, but when I got on them, they felt cheap and wiggled a lot, and I thought the bed frame was going to break.
Pros:location, parking, size of the room

Pros:Close to the resort
Cons:Building was dirty, elevator smelled like cigarettes all the time. Asked for coffee twice and never got it. Unit was ok but dated.
Pros:It's in the heart of old Park City. Very convenient to the summer activities like Alpine slide, and Mountain Coaster, etc. And very very convenient to the bus stop for the free Park City bus system. Great restaurants close by.
Cons:We didn't like that we had to leave.
Pros:The front desk was kind enough to move me to a room with working ac and let me use the shower facilities downstairs after my day of mountain biking following check out.
Cons:Good value for the money. Bought my breakfast up in the park city mountain resort village.
Pros:The room itself was comfortable, and the location was nice. There is parking directly under the hotel which keeps you and your car out of the rain and snow and wind. Don't forget your room card, or you can't get back in!
Cons:Since it was off-season, I never saw anyone at the front desk, which is a first for me. There was a bit of noise from the street - Trucks and other traffic.
