Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near the beach and local attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to amenities. However, there are significant concerns about service, with multiple reports of overbooking, unhelpful or absent staff, and poor handling of reservations. Cleanliness is also an issue for some guests, with complaints about dirty rooms and facilities. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating the effort of staff to accommodate late arrivals, while others find the quality lacking. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, service and cleanliness need improvement.
