Good location and great staff! Breakfast was great value for money. Pool was an amazing bonus. Clean tidy resort. The people make this place special, receptionists make you feel at home and always helpful. Gigi from cleaning is outstanding and Che from service is best. Location is ideal for going out but still quiet, good breakfast and huge pool area. Ideal location. Easy access, few minute walking to the beach. The rooms were spacious.

Bad/inconsistent shower water pressure. Disgusting uncomfortable congested room. Messed up iced coffee. Bed were SO hard. The rooms are dated and need a lot of work done to them. The rooms were good and the garden is nice to capture some photos. The food was okay but not great. The air conditioning did not work. The property is extremely dirty, there is mold throughout the bathroom. The beds are so hard, the air cons don’t work, the pool is extremely run down and dangerous, they don’t clean your room daily they only make the bed and change the towels nothing gets wiped down or mopped/vacuumed. The primary issue with this resort was the apparent neglect of maintenance. The hotel rooms are older. Mold on walls and in toilet, air con barely worked. The balcony was in an alley. It felt like a jail cell with no window or anything.
