The hotel is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the cathedral.
The single room I had was noisy due to proximity to boiler room perhaps?
the staff were friendly enough but there was a lack of direction no organisation which showed like beacon in the night
the lager was flat as a pancake and expensive
I stayed in a budge room it was clean and offered value for money. The location very near the city centre was convenient.
I think that an upgrade of the reception area would help deliver a better first impression but I'm sure they have worked out their investment priorities.
Room noisy ( inside noise) slow service at bar
It was easy to find and a short walk to the city centre.
The staff were very friendly, the hotel was in a convenient location and the rates were good. There was free parking and breakfast was included.
Nice people with a sense of customer service. I took a single room and it was equiped with everything needed: TV, hair dryer... and even suit press and iron. There is also a private car park.
My room was like a typical old british bedsit but the hotel is currently investing in new building facilities which should become excellent in the near future.
We couldn't find an available taxi when we were ready to leave, so a member of staff drove us to the train station. It was excellent service!
Very friendly staff
