Pros (+) Staff was phenomenal. Everyone I interacted with (front desk, security, snack shop, etc.) was very professional courteous and overall nice!

Pros (+) The location is great and very well located to everything in town.
Cons (-) There is a lot of noise on Brad street every night and the older building does nothin to isolate it. Dirt bikes and ATVs tear up and down the street all night. The police do little to stop it but it is extremely loud. I didn’t get a good nights sleep the entire week.

Pros (+) One of our rooms had a fabulous view of city hall, and broad street (#617). The other room (#606) had views that looked onto a/c units, etc, on the roof. We kept the curtains closed. Beds were comfortable
Cons (-) The horrible view in room 606-I realize that not all rooms can have the fabulous view, but the rooms that have a bad view should cost less. No coffee shop in the lobby area. Room 606 had a very dust and mold covered a/c vent in the bathroom; I could hear the people in the next room (with a crying baby). Not all staff was friendly. No microwave.

Pros (+) The staff was lovely -- so nice and helpful. Location was ideal, I'm a Hilton Honors member so free wifi, great views (large windows), nice room decor, lots of space, decent executive level breakfast/snacks. Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) Even on the 25th floor, you can hear traffic. It's not terrible, but noticeable. Bathroom sink was high (I'm short) -- again, not terrible, but noticeable. Pool was okay, but not great.
