Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel

Loud, room my elevator, oversold. Dirty lobby. Felt unsafe

Dirty and slow service

waited a while to get checked in and get our room, we finally get upstairs, tired and late for an event, the room was FILTHY! it had yet to be cleaned from the previous guests. it took over 30 minutes for them to sign us with a different room, and it was still not up to standards. we did not spend much time at the hotel, but i would have liked for it to have been a much better experience. i've stayed with Sheraton in the past and this is my first time being disappointed with their service.

the location is good if you plan to visit UPenn

Air conditioner No work!!

The room was clean and nice confortable beds....

I didn't like dat I went through a million phones calls because of all mistakes made on my reservation, and I checked out at 1 , da person dat was supposed to pick me up was in car accident .... I explained yo them and did not help me ... They wanted me to pay double of my room fee to stay in a room for a few hours after waiting 3 in da loby!!!! I had to walk out and pay a same day check out hotel.... Returning !!! Never!!' no hamany!!!!! I checked in at 10;00 come on!!!!

it is affordable and i would refer anyone going to take USMLE step2 cs to go there as it gives discount and is very near to the centre and to the septa station, very convinient

The location was close to the University of Pennsylvania, our destination. Also liked the computer with internet access in the room.

Many things - Very inconvenient garage-to-hotel access; very difficult garage to navigate; it's a non-smoking hotel so uncomfortable for smokers; and it is not, as advertised, within reasonable walking distance from the train station. In addition, parking costs $20 per day, not the $15 per day per booking.com.
