This hotel's super new and clean, the facilities are great! The front desk staff are super friendly too, and it's in such a convenient spot— it's not far at all from spots like the tropical botanical garden and the old town!

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the airport, making it ideal for travelers. Many found the staff friendly and check-in easy, and some appreciated the clean rooms and included breakfast. However, a significant number of guests reported issues with the elevator being out of service, which was particularly problematic for those with mobility challenges. Cleanliness and breakfast quality received mixed feedback, and some guests noted noise and maintenance issues. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main strength, while elevator reliability and some aspects of cleanliness and amenities need improvement.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The room was spacious and comfortable. Also clean.
Cons (-) The breakfast was perhaps the worst I have had at a hotel. Burnt patty sausage, frozen reheated over hard eggs were just nasty. Never saw eggs like that before. Have stayed here before and was pleased. As long as you don’t eat the breakfast if it’s like this one, you’ll be pleased with your stay.
