Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel’s breakfast, describing it as excellent, rich, and varied. The staff and service received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Many guests appreciated the hotel’s convenient location near the town center and ski lifts. Cleanliness of rooms and common areas was consistently highlighted. The pool and spa facilities were also popular, though a few noted occasional crowding. Some negative feedback included dated room furnishings, lack of air conditioning, small showers, and dim lighting in rooms, but these did not overshadow the positive experiences for most guests.
