Pros (+) This hotel is great, but @ 100am the smoke alarm kept chirping because of a low battery. Call the front desk finally around 330am just to find out the front desk sent the maintenance guy to the wrong room. Called the front desk again & close to 445am the maintenance guy replaces the battery & all's quit. Offered no apology or discount for another stay.

Pros (+) Room was very comfortable. Lots of amenities with the drink tickets in the evening and breakfast ticket in the morning
Cons (-) Walls were very thin and you could hear everyone outside plus the other rooms. Rooms were not ready in time. The check in is very late! Staff wasn’t very helpful
