Pros (+) View was beautiful and staff was very responsive once we were on site.
Cons (-) Fire alarm went off on our floor my husband rushed down the stairs from the 14th floor with my 2 year old daughter and there were broken glass bottles all over the stairways. Additionally, the building was never evacuated and when he questioned a janitor on staff he seemed unsure on if there was a real emergency or not.
