It had a convenient location.
Lots of bugs that could be easily resolved with some cleaning and maintenance. Water with green algae right at office :( Definitely needs some updating and at the least a decent paint job to spruce it up. We got what we paid for. Not horrible, but not the greatest. Staff was nice, which was good. May stay again....

Nothing about this place makes me want to come back.
Let's see. Between the homeless camp outside my door reeking of beer and vomit, cockroaches with their droppings and ants all over the beds, how we had to go and buy or own toilet paper for the room because there is no cleaning service unless you stay a whole 7 days, we stayed 5. Or how about their pool water always being dirty with plant and insect debris, and literally the only thing keeping the pool full are 2 hoses. No, there was no breakfast offered so don't believe their listing. Worst stay ever!

I liked the size of the bed and the general cleanliness of the place. I also liked the fact that the proprietors are Polish because I had many wonderful experiences in Poland many years ago on a concert tour.
The room was hot. The AC had not been started. I made the reservation very late in the evening, but they did not know I was coming until I got there (Kayak communication?). It took an hour after I arrived before I could move the sofa into place in front of the AC unit to be cool enough to sleep. By the time I left, it was lovely. (It's Florida in early August.) There were also a couple of small roaches. I would not hesitate to go back, but would make the reservation well in advance.
