The car I reserved was NOT provided. I reserved a Cadillac. When I arrived, I was offered a choice between a Challenger or a Jeep Wrangler. UNACCEPTABLE. The agent who assisted me was surly. Refused to give me her regional managers contact info. Terrible customer service.2.0 Poor

Nothing !! The reservation was cancelled at the last possible second by enterprise for not having any vehicles available . Their booking system is the worst and even the employees at the location agree ... wouldn’t it make sense to confirm with the location that the vehicle is there ??Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service. Not even ONE vehicle was available for us to rent, yet allowed us to make a reservation. Offered no solution when we arrived.Cons:
Everything. Could have offered an alternative rather than just saying sorry. Didn’t even call us in advance to notify us about the lack of vehicles available before our arrival, therefore their customer service as a whole could have been better. Car that I was given at pick up (Ford Focus) needed servicing. By the time we got to Key West (from Pompano Beach), it shook whenever we accelerated from a stop. Not ok! So we swapped cars in Ley West and had a better drive back with a Corolla. I was also quoted a much cheaper rate ($10/day less) than what was actually given to me.Cons:

The customer service was horrible the 2 men working the morning shift Friday the 23rd were absolutely ridiculous. Never in my life treated that way.... rude I feel they were stressed with the Holiday and took it out on me and the lady that walked in after. I will never rent from this location again.... I had to call corporate they actually helped me and were amazing. The gentleman Monday morning at drop off was also nice.2.0 Poor

Well they cancelled my reservation 20 minutes before I was due to pick up my car because they had nothing available for me. I had this reservation scheduled for 2 weeks at least prior to coming down. I asked about tolls before taking the car. I was told that I would be billed for them after the rental was returned. All good, right? It turns out that there was also a $15 convenience fee for tolls, which was more than all of the actual tolls combined. Had I known, I'd have taken I-95.2.0 Poor
