Awful experience. Overcharged us almost $375 dollars, which included a hidden fuel charge.
Had reservation at 8am on July 30th, after been on 12 hour flight with my 11 year old son had to wait over one hour in line with only 9 people ahead of me. Seemed like they didn't have enough cars available, when my turn finally came the clerk lady was very rude, seemed like she was aggravated from the previous costumers whom also had to wait very long time, she gave me electric car and when I asked if it is fully charged ( just flew for so long and waited in line very long time didn't not want to wait for it to charge since it takes some time) she told me: you get what you paid for!!when I asked why was she treating me like that she said to me: do you want your car or not? Wow, that was some experience for me, NEVER again with Budget.

Vehicle that was given needed an oil change, I had to lay out of pocket for it and during my vacation time
First of all, you can make sure your vehicles are serviced correctly. Because the van that we had needed a front end Alignment. Driven was a little hard to keep inside the lane will driving. We were swerving in between the lines Budget you need to make sure all of your vehicle all serviced before you rent them out because someone my have a accident because of your neglect of service to your vehicle. But Thanks be to God we made it home safe.
I feel robe by KAYAK, me emails from Kayak, and CONFIRMATION of my rental was a CHEVY TAHOE.... when I arrive to pick my Tahoe BUDGET said that this WAS NOT THE RESERVATION o THE CLASS of CAR that my KAYAK reservation said. I did show them your email, THEY DIDNT care!! I am asking for a FULL REFUND, and also would like to hear from a SUPERVISOR since I took your marketing email that SPECIFICLLY said that I will get a CHEVY TAHOE and BUDGET o KAYAY DINDT comply with what the ask for.... I this is of great matter to me, since I am a 6F 4" heavy man, so a TAHOE does get me interested, when yo send a publicity!! I expect to hear from a Superior, and have a REFUND, the rented me a Ford Explorer, wich had to change since it look old, and was dirty, rented a KIA Telluride wich it is not close the same thing as a Chevy Tahoe.
