Car is not clean. Staff at the pickup and drop off are not friendly. Very laid back behavior, don’t care about the people who are waiting with kids or elderly.

Had to wait an hour in line. Only one staff person for Thrifty/Dollar/Hertz. Then they told us we had to wait 1-1/2 hours to 2 hours for a car to be ready. Unacceptable when you order a car in advance.

Car was good, price was right. Not too long a wait to pick up car. Con: I had a question for Thrifty after I got the car, and it was nearly impossible to speak to someone. I finally found a number to call got the answer I needed, but only after a frustrating amount of time.

Due to emergencies that are out of peoples control they should be a little more considerate as far payments for extensions.

The SUV was bait and switch, Range Rover or similar, We got a beat up Toyota Highlander , hole in the rug drivers side down to the floor , dings and dents all over , white pant splatter all over car, stuck on eco drive, couldn't go on highway, not enough pickup. Told We would have to wait 1 an hour plus for another car of any type or I could bring it back tomorrow with out a guarantee of a replacement vehicle or try another rental car company. I use thrifty a lot and this was the worst experience and worst vehicle since renting with SIXT rental car.

Pre paid for a truck but there was none available. I had to either Uber home for $56 or take what they had and drive home and then bring the car back. Complete fail. Waster of time. Thanks for not only wasting my time, but costing me money and aggravation.

The windshield wipers did not work. I found that out on my last evening driving on a highway when it rained. Luckily, I was able to pull into a rest area and the rain passed in a few minutes. I did report this when I returned the car.

I booked my rental through kayak, arrived at the location to pick up the car, my confirmation number was nonexistent, called thrifty was on the phone for 30 mns trying to figure out what’s wrong, ended up canceling my rental because they couldn’t figure it out, and refund my money, I had to rebook through the location directly which was more expensive, I paid for 3 days what I already paid for a week via kayak online. So annoying
