Cons:I was informed that I had booked an off airport location in Ft. Lauderdale. I emphasized that my confirmation said at airport. They accommodated me with a much higher rate. The cruise control was defective.Reviewed 2017 Aug 11

Pros:The car was new and clean. There was a mistake for the pick up location but when I called Budget they corrected it.Cons:The extremely long wait (easily over an hr.)when picking the car up at Port Everglades cruise port in Ft. Lauderdale.Reviewed 2017 Mar 02

Mostly goodPros:Car that I was given at pick up (Ford Focus) needed servicing. By the time we got to Key West (from Pompano Beach), it shook whenever we accelerated from a stop. Not ok! So we swapped cars in Ley West and had a better drive back with a Corolla. I was also quoted a much cheaper rate ($10/day less) than what was actually given to me.Cons:Being given a vehicle that needed servicing and paying $10/day more than I was quoted when I booked!Reviewed 2017 Feb 10

Pros:The lady working at the place where the van ACTUALLY was was very kind and helpful.Cons:It said the rental place was at the airport termial online when I made the reservation. It was not. In fact, it was 20 minutes away. It was very frustrating and aggrivating to have to get a cab and have to pay more money.Reviewed 2015 Nov 03
