The lobby looks nice.
I'm glad my fiancé and I only needed to be there for 4 hours for a layover because this place creeped us out. From the moment we pulled up and found out from our Uber driver that it used to be a hospital, we had an unpleasant feeling. The lobby was nice and clean, and the front desk agent that completed our check in process was courteous, but it took 15+ minutes to check in at 12:30 am with an existing reservation and with no one else in sight. No reason, he was just very slow. They also had an area with coffee and water in the lobby, but the water jug was empty during both check in and check out. Bummer. During the check in process, we had to sign 2 disclaimers stating we wouldn't smoke in the room (standard) nor would he have or use any alcohol on the premises (we found this one a little odd). I asked about the alcohol and was told it was because the owners were Christian. Ok, fine. We headed up to the 3rd floor to find our room (3115) and the bad feeling we had only got worse. This place used to be a hospital that they converted to a hotel, but they didn't change much in terms of the rooms themselves. The elevators leave you in a hospital hallway, walking through hospital doors, and then through waiting room areas to access the rooms. Once in the room, you'll see that it's very outdated and hasn't been renovated aside from throwing carpet down and adding an actual twin, queen or king bed, a small table, mini fridge, microwave and dresser with small TV. Upon entering, we instantly felt a negative vibe from our room like something bad happened (let's face it, mostly bad things happen in hospitals) but we stayed for the sake of us having less than 4 hours to sleep before our connecting flight. I did check the bed and the sheets seemed clean although the covers were old and had stains. The bed was a bit firm, but not the worst. The bathroom was mediocre with an industrial toilet (no water basin for refilling, just metal pipe) and a half shower that is barely big enough for the average adult. The sink is also tiny with no counter space. All in all, I would not stay at this facility again and would warn others to be weary of the cheap rate you'll likely find it to have as there's a reason for it.
Price and Location
This hotel used to be a hospital so it has small bathrooms, is very dark at nights, basic breakfast. Parking is difficult to find after 10 am.
Not what was expected
Very basic furnishings. Didn't at all feel like a hotel. Also: We returned from our hotel stay. We had pre-paid for this hotel stay. Unfortunately, the hotel also just charged to our credit card the full amount of our stay. We contacted the hotel and hopefully this will be refunded.
big rooms clean affordable
slow internet poor breakfast
staff pleasent...clean room....quite
the bath water in our room was cold...could use some more lighting...kind of dark and dreary....window curtain did not close....not very inviting overall
This is really a hotel. It's an old hospital that's now owned and operated by some sort of religious organization. It was very weird lots of rules and strange keys to gain access to the room. I did not feel secure.
Cold A/C, but not much else.
The air conditioner worked great! Hummed all night and never turned off. Perfect for keeping you nice and cozy. The room was quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and were very accommodating. Parking was easy and the hotel is close to the expressway.
The room was outdated. The light in the bathroom barely worked and was practically unusable (they did offer to switch my room, but I was too tired and just wanted to get to sleep). The carpets were stained and dingy. The furniture was pretty banged up and looked like they picked up some pieces from a garage sale. This "hotel" used to be a hospital and still maintains that look and feel. Had I needed to stay more than one night, I may have passed. The no alcohol rules seem a bit odd for ANY hotel and to change a guest $200+ for evidence of alcohol consumption is rather steep. This appears to be a religiously ran facility.
Nice hotel.....having a car is a must have deal. Absolutely nothing in walking distance Great staff....very courteous and helpful
Carpet a bit dirty, sink was cracked. Right off I-95. Minimal breakfast.
Fantastic
Was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Okay for a night or two.
Good value if staying in the area for a night. Not much around the area, more industrial. A casino is close by, but not much else. Not a family site as there is not much to this place, but a place to sleep.
Rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. I know most places do not clean the bed covers frequently. One of the beds in our room had stains on them that were quite visible.
Hotel was great, as noted by another reviewer, the shower was cold, but we found that the dial was backwards (hot was cold and cold was hot). Great hotel though, comfortable and clean.
