I always enjoy the breakfast buffet, the staff is always very helpful and our room is always very comfortable.
Every time we visit we have issues with the room keys, and the keys randomly working here and there, causing us to have to swipe repeatedly hoping for the green light. The hot tub didn't have enough water in it this last time, so other guests and myself couldn't have the jets on or we were getting splashed in the face. Other than that, went well;)
The lobby is Beautiful, the breakfast was pretty good.
Our Digital Key only worked on the room, we couldn’t get into the parking area and staff had to open the gate for us and was kind of rude about it. We also couldn’t use it to get into the pool area and other guests had to let us in. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the pullout from the couch was so thin that you sunk through the support pieces. The tv in the bedroom area glitched so much you couldn’t watch it. I got a premium room which included evening reception, but we missed it by checking in about a half hour later and they didn’t have other options for it. Tried to order a dessert from the menu and they said they weren’t serving that dish and offered a different version. We were expecting something similar but it wasn’t close and I wasn’t aware of a price difference until I signed for it. We asked for extra shampoo and conditioner multiple times so the kids could wash after being in the pool but none were brought to our room; however the did bring extra towels. Overall it is dated and needs some basic clean up- like the rust on the pool grates.
Very nice, clean nicely furnished room.
Better route to Cascade station shops. Daily charge for internet access.
Well appointed hotel with very nice lobby/bar/dining area in a large atrium with rooms surrounding it. Very comfortable suite.
Telephone and alarm clock were not working, which was inconvenient, but they responded quickly to fix them.
valuable price.good bed.
air noise from the main door.
Staff was excellent. We got out of the ordinary services and I have already complimented the staff member who was especially helpful. Breakfast was great and the location near the airport really makes it convenient.
Comfortable. Good breakfast. Clean.
