Cons (-) Room very dated, ceiling has water damage, looked like it was going to fall in. The restaurant had good food, but the staff was terrible. WIted 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Definitely would NOT stay here again.

Pros (+) The location was good for my purposes. I only had time to shower and sleep, so I can't speak to any other facilities.
Cons (-) $185.80 for a basic room at a basic hotel is way too much. Several days later I paid about $10 more for a 5-star hotel on the Boston waterfront.
