Our sink was clogged and did not drain well. Staff were super nice and friendly. Coffee service could be out longer.

Pros (+) The bed and pillows were super comfy and I appreciated having a small fridge in my room to keep leftovers cold overnight.
Cons (-) The bathroom didn't have enough hooks/pegs to hang towels or clothes. There was one hook on the back of the door, but no hook for a hand towel at the sink or near the shower for a bath towel.
Pros (+) Comfortable, firm mattress. Great, friendly staff! Very accommodating.
Cons (-) The bathroom sink was annoying. The faucet was barely inside the bowl, which made a mess when using the sink. So it was difficult to use the sink as counter space, which was lacking. No other complain...
