    We found everything in the hotel to be good. The breakfast had everything you could want and was well looked after. The hotel was quite and the room was excellent. The staff were good and I was delighted that they realised it was my birthday and left a bowl of fruit and card in our room. We would stay there again.

    Tea/coffee maker in the room. Excellent choice for breakfast. Easy access to public transport.bus,metro and mainline trains.

    The staff at reception were "not to be bothered" and managed to check me in without a single word except the mention of my room and floor number. When I informed about parking the guy just gave me a flat out "no" not even a suggestion of how I could solve my parking problem. I will not recommend this hotel only just for that

    The staff on the reception were extremely helpful with tips regarding the city and eating establishments. The hotel is very close to Port Trinidade metro station with access to all lines. Comfortable beds.

    Location for city centre was great, breakfast good variety and nice food. The hotel doesn't have a car park but arranged off site parking in a nearby car park, all very easy.
