This was a United flight. Seats were way too small. Zero space for bags. My toddler and I were crammed in the middle back of tnr plan with no option to upgrade. Food was awful. Crew was late getting to the plane - it was just pure hell.
Pros: "Free drinks. Two hot meals during flight. Lots of entertainment choices. Extra storage bin under window which doubled as large armrest. Ample legroom. Live sports on TV"

It was clear that someone high rank was able to not just take my seats, but erase the memory of it. The only available window seat was 21 Aa, which I had to pay $120 extra for. The irony is that my special meal assignment was not tempered with.... It find this act of ElAl, deceiving, inappropriate, not professional, disappointing, and extremely unfair. The least they could’ve done to award me that seat."
