They did not have my food even though I had ordered earlier. Choice of movies was poor and very limited
This was a United flight. Seats were way too small. Zero space for bags. My toddler and I were crammed in the middle back of tnr plan with no option to upgrade. Food was awful. Crew was late getting to the plane - it was just pure hell.
Pros: "Free drinks. Two hot meals during flight. Lots of entertainment choices. Extra storage bin under window which doubled as large armrest. Ample legroom. Live sports on TV"

In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B."

Pros: "I notified the crew that I would have a very short time upon arrival in Madrid to catch my connecting flight to Santiago. They transferred me to a seat close to the front so I could disembark faster. That allowed me to reach the gate as the boarding began."
Cons: "The company handling the check-in for Iberia is inept. The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!"

At checkin, I was told no history of this was found in a little computer and that I needed to be reassigned new seats . I was furious and very disappointed at elal for temperingcwith my seat and for not finding any sign of it on their data base. It was clear that someone high rank was able to not just take my seats, but erase the memory of it. The only available window seat was 21 Aa, which I had to pay $120 extra for. The irony is that my special meal assignment was not tempered with.... It find this act of ElAl, deceiving, inappropriate, not professional, disappointing, and extremely unfair. The least they could’ve done to award me that seat."

My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again."
