Cons: WiFi could use a lot of improvement, eventually add Ethernet cable in the room. Open the door in the first floor to access the breakfast area faster for those client coming from the right wing of the hotel. Pillows could use some improvement.

Pros: Beautiful, luxurious rooms, very clean. Excellent breakfast service and a wonderful buffet. Knowledgeable staff and very quick to help. An example is that I needed a key replacement and there was a long line of people checking in. I went to the Guest Relations Manager to ask, and first she said I had to wait in line, but then she herself came over to open a counter and get me my key fast. The location is not a problem, we took Uber and it cost 7 euro to get to the bridge.
Cons: Well if I must find something I didn't like, I'd say the view from our room was nothing much, but then we were out most of the day, and the Club Room view was very nice, it had a balcony.
