Service minded manager at the reception
For a dinner I go in future next door and I regret, that such a hotel doesn't invest in a lounge room for smokers. Should we stay outside in rain and snow as a zombie?

it is about 6 years that I go to Mercure Poznan. I take this hotel because of the location close to the exhibition center. I found out that Sheraton hotel had better rates than you. I will keep this into consideration for my next trip to Poznan next year.
