Location was great, plus we had a room in the front so had a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable bed and nice quality furniture in the room. Restaurant was attractive with good food and drinks.
Shower access and egress. Tub, slippery and shower head in poor location. Breakfast buffet, very good but the eggs were always a bit too cold!
Breakfast room. Location.
We would like a comfortable standing shower

Room was in seperate building to main hotel, lots of stairs not mentioned when booking.
The central location was excellent with a view of the famous clock in the Old town Square
No complaints at all, the location asisaid was good, staff very friendly and helful so no negatives at all
Wonderful location, view out over the clock and the church towers! A memory for life.
Amazing location, nice sized rooms, very clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast in the am. A bit overpriced compared to other hotels on the square. Interior decor was average compared to other hotels I stayed at on the historic old town square.
A bit expensive, and the interior lacks a signature decor.
The location right on Old Town Square is a great feature. The hotel is also a comfortable cosy one with friendly staff.
The noise level can be a little high at times but this is to be expected because of its location.
very friendly staff, excellent decoration
lack of elevator
Courteous staff. Excellent view.
The hotel was, in our opinion, in the best position in Prague. Overlooking the Astronomical Clock and the square where everthing was going on. Music, entertainment, food and gift stalls. A very exciting atmosphere. We especially enjoyed watching the crowds gather to watch the clock chimes. The food and service at the hotel were excellent and the staff very helpfull.
We found the atmosphere exciting but some may find it rather noisy
We didn´t stay in the main building of the Hotel but in the next building which has no elevator for the rooms...
Location in the very center of Praha.
The room was located in another building away from the reception and the restaurant where breakfast was served.
