The room was very comfortable and the location, just above the castle, is very good.
Swimming pool cost extra.
Great Location, really easy access to Prague Castle and center,...
Rooms do need a bit of a paint job, etc, but everything was working fine(shower, heat and so on).We didn' t mind paying for the swimming pool but we found it dirty, the service was really poor there and absolutely no way for young kids to have fun which was for us the main goal.
the hotel has a very bad smells
Hotel has excelent location, I had a nice room with coffee and tee facility. The wireless information on Booking site is incorrect: there is free internet in the rooms and payable in the common areas.
Car parking fee of 12 eur per day is quite high.
Good location near the castle, and next to the tram stop which takes you to the city centre. Excellent breakfast, good clean rooms and reasonably priced.
No internet in the room, only in the lobby and even then very expensive.
Bed linen unclean changed once - towels dried not cleaned, shabby decor
the price, the swimming pool. the proximity to public transit
Private air conditioner in "superior double room" must have also heating.
good location, nice view (9th floor),nice, comfortable room
at the breakfast (buffet.breakfast, which was very good and various) ) why do people have to pay for the scrambled eggs and for the gofri?(100 CSK)
I liked the kindness of the hotel receptionists' and the choice of dishes at breakfast
I did not like the attitude and behaviour of waitresses in the breakfast hall, their faces showed they hated what they were doing.
