Pros (+) They had a bowling alley!
Cons (-) All the Mexican resorts were just re-opening, so some hiccups were to be expected. The air conditioning in the room didn't really work. Not all restaurants were open on all days. They were not running bike trips to Puerto Morelos yet.

Pros (+) Overall the resort was nice & the staff welcoming Also there is an on-site ATM that disperses US dollars instead of pesos.
Cons (-) Elevator usually wasn’t working Pool closes at 8p Jacuzzi & private hot tubs were for privilege members on Though “inclusive” there are basic upgrades such as wine that’s not the house red or white, some menu options, some types of alcohol and some other things

Pros (+) busy place so not everyone feels the way we do nice beach
Cons (-) Way to big all the buildings looked the same hard to keep bearings cafeteria food was just ok but messy from people helping themselves waiting in line for food and drinks Fenced in with security at gate. Some call it being secure. I call it like being in a prison Paid more for ocean view to look at trees elevators did not work Lots of background noise from so many people while eating
