Nice, small and clean hotel, fantastic view to the Atlantic Ocean. Pool on the roof was great. Acceptable quality for the price.
Rather poor breakfast, staff's poor English. The hotel is on the top of the hill, recommended only for people who do not mind climbing the hill after sightseeing or "playa". No parking facilities at the hotel, however, we always managed to find a parking place in the nearby streets within a few minutes walk.

Very good facilities in the room for cooking, washing, sleeping. Cleaning was everyday. There is lift in the hotel. Very nice scenic view on the ocean and Teide volcano.
The hotel situated on the big hill, so guests need some efforts to come in the hotel by feet.
