it was nice to have the internet free of charge for guests; the hotel manager was friendly;
the lift (out of date, noisy); the room we were given was passed off as a double but was clearly a single, there was only one bedside lamp and the bed was a bit narrow for two people; we could hear one of the guest snoring and coughing at night, and overhear conversations because the walls were thin; one member of the staff (the Italian) was rough and unable to carry out a credit card payment!!
